Centralised capital allocation with decentralised operational execution
The Alpha
Team
Backed by our centralised Alpha Team executing a strict <7% Lean Core Governance mandate. Every rand scales operational yield, not corporate overhead.
Read governance charterWhat the <7% Mandate Means in Practice
The Alpha Team is not a traditional corporate headquarters. It is a centralised command function, a lean, specialised unit responsible for capital allocation discipline, cross-pillar performance governance, regulatory intelligence, and investor relations.
Its mandate is singular: ensure that no more than 7% of gross revenue is consumed by central overhead. This architecture means that for every rand invested in the Greenovations portfolio, more than 93 cents flows directly into operational yield.
