GOVERNANCE

The Alpha
Team

Backed by our centralised Alpha Team executing a strict <7% Lean Core Governance mandate. Every rand scales operational yield, not corporate overhead.

What the <7% Mandate Means in Practice

The Alpha Team is not a traditional corporate headquarters. It is a centralised command function, a lean, specialised unit responsible for capital allocation discipline, cross-pillar performance governance, regulatory intelligence, and investor relations.

Its mandate is singular: ensure that no more than 7% of gross revenue is consumed by central overhead. This architecture means that for every rand invested in the Greenovations portfolio, more than 93 cents flows directly into operational yield.

Centralised capital allocation with decentralised operational execution

Cross-pillar synergy identification and resource optimisation

Regulatory compliance monitoring across all five verticals

Investor reporting, ESG metrics, and portfolio performance dashboards

<7% Core Overhead. >93% Operational Deployment.

This is the commercial discipline that defines the Studio.
